Rosemary and Sausage Breakfast Biscuits

Ingredients: (Makes 6 biscuits)

Rosemary

½ lb Ground Beef (or whatever meat you prefer)

Hashbrowns or Tater Tots

¼ Red and Green Peppers Chopped (Or whatever veges you prefer)

3 Eggs

½ teaspoon of Milk

Cheddar Cheese

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Preheat Oven at 375

Generously Spray muffin pan with cooking spray

Place thawed out hashbrowns or tater tots in bottom of each muffin cup to cover bottom

Cook hashbrowns for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp

Cook meet until brown in skillet

Crack three eggs and whisk in rosemary, salt, pepper, and half teaspoon of milk

Put chopped peppers and ground beef in each muffin cup until filled to top

Pour in egg mix until peppers and meat are fully covered

Sprinkle cheese on top to cover

Cook in over for 15 minutes or until egg is solid

Let cool for 5 minutes and then pop out of tray and enjoy!
